1. Services

Happy Glow Tanning Co. provides mobile spray tanning services, delivered at the client’s home, event location, or agreed-upon setting.

All services are performed by trained professionals using high-quality products designed to deliver natural-looking results.

2. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or approved communication channels.

Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and location details at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

No-shows or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or future booking restrictions.

4. Preparation & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all preparation instructions provided prior to their appointment.

Failure to properly prepare (e.g., not exfoliating, wearing lotions, etc.) may impact results. Happy Glow is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to improper preparation.

5. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to maintain their results.

Results may vary depending on:

Skin type

Lifestyle habits

Aftercare adherence

Happy Glow does not guarantee specific results or duration of a spray tan.

6. Health & Safety

By booking a service, you confirm that:

You do not have any known allergies to spray tanning products (unless disclosed)

You will inform your technician of any skin sensitivities or medical conditions

You understand that spray tanning products are applied externally and results may vary

Patch tests are recommended for first-time clients.

7. Travel & Mobile Service Conditions

Happy Glow provides mobile services within designated service areas.

Additional travel fees may apply outside standard service areas

Clients must provide a safe, clean, and well-ventilated space for service

Parking and access must be reasonably available

8. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on booking terms

Accepted payment methods will be outlined during booking

Deposits may be required to secure appointments

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spray tanning services:

All sales are final

No refunds are issued once services are performed

If there is a concern with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours so we can address it
